To complete our examination of the Hollywood Style, we will be watching the 2013 film The Life of Pi by acclaimed director Ang Lee. Before we begin the film; however, I would like to know which recent (or past) Hollywood films you feel fit the bill of the "Hollywood Style," in which an excellent story, with an engaging central character facing a serious conflict, is enhanced and developed through some really great costume, special effects, lighting, camera work and musical choices.
For your entry, describe a movie you have seen that you feel really exemplifies the Hollywood Style. Explain the film (with year and director) and discuss how the film illustrates this style.
